Common buyer mistake
The weak pattern is adding more product links when the first link is still unclear. A stronger buyer keeps fewer rows and makes each row easier to act on. If the agent note cannot explain the exact item in one sentence, the row is not ready.
Buyer notes that prevent wasted orders
