Weidian QC Photo Checklist

Use this page after the warehouse uploads QC photos. The goal is to decide approve, request another photo, exchange, return or hold before shipping.

QC angles by product type

ProductMust-see photoRisk it answers
ShoesOutsole, size label, box label and side profile.Wrong size, wrong model or poor shape.
ClothingNeck tag, wash tag, measurements and print placement.Wrong fabric, fit or print position.
BagsHardware, stitching, strap, zipper and interior label.Weak details that stock photos hide.
ElectronicsModel label, plug type, package contents and power clue.Incompatible version or missing parts.

Do not approve too early

The first warehouse photo often proves only that an item arrived, not that it matches the buyer's selected option. If the photo does not answer the biggest risk, ask for one targeted angle instead of opening more product links.

How to read QC photos without overreacting

QC photos are not meant to prove perfection. They are meant to prove that the item is the selected item and that the visible risk is acceptable. A small wrinkle on clothing may not matter; a wrong size tag does. A box dent may be fine for a wearable item; a missing plug or wrong model is not.

The buyer should compare QC against the order note, not against memory. If the order note requested a size label, tag or outsole and that angle is missing, ask for that single photo before approving shipment.

One-photo request examples

If the first QC set is incomplete, ask for one specific photo instead of a vague quality check. For shoes, request the size label and outsole together. For a hoodie, request a flat chest measurement and wash tag. For a bag, request a close-up of hardware and zipper. For electronics, request the model label, plug and included accessories.

This keeps the warehouse conversation short and helps the buyer decide quickly. A precise photo request also makes returns and exchanges easier because the problem is visible and tied to the original order note.
