Weidian Agent Order Checklist

Use this checklist after choosing a product but before submitting payment. It protects the order note from vague size, color or seller-proof mistakes.

What belongs in the order note

A useful order note is short, specific and tied to the live product page. It should include the selected option, quantity, backup instruction and the first QC angle to request after warehouse arrival.

Weak vs strong order note

Weak noteBetter noteWhy it converts
Buy this shoeBuy size 42, black colorway, same seller page; QC outsole and size label. The agent can identify the exact option.
Same as photoChoose the option named 'grey set'; no substitution without confirmation.Prevents wrong variant purchases.
Check qualityQC front, back, tag and stitching before approval.Turns vague quality into visible proof.

Buyer conversion point

A buyer is more likely to continue when the page reduces fear of ordering the wrong variant. Keep the CTA close to the order-note task, not after a long article. The real conversion is not reading more pages; it is opening the product path with a clear note.

Order note examples buyers can copy mentally

Good order notes sound plain: selected size 42, black color, same option as seller image, no replacement without confirmation, QC size label and outsole. For clothing, a useful note might say size L, grey color, check chest width and wash tag before approval. For bags, ask for hardware, zipper, strap and inside label.

The note should not ask the agent to judge vague quality. It should ask for visible evidence. When the evidence is visible, the buyer can decide approve, exchange, return or hold without starting a long message chain.

Ready to continue?

Open the product path only when the link, selected option, proof and shipping decision are clear enough for a real order.
